Tiny House in a Landscape

This is one of the tiny houses of the Thousand Islands, which is the name of an archipelago of islands that straddle the U.S.-Canada border in the Saint Lawrence River as it emerges from the northeast corner of Lake Ontario.

This photo was sent in by one of our readers and was also showcased in Christina’s post Tiny Houses on Tiny Islands. Perfect for a Tiny House in a Landscape feature. Thank you!

The is just beautiful. However, I have to wonder if flooding is ever an issue here, given the floods and high waters we’ve experienced here in the Ozarks the past two years.

Global warming is going to sink this one…sea level plus or minus a foot. Hope they get to enjoy before then.

Kev-the river is regulated by dams-and flows through them to the atlantic.Even if seas levels where to be 4 or 5 times the expected estimate-there is no way this would affect the river.Stick to what you know in the “Zarks”…
