The kitchen/living room in the Lookout is designed to offer both comfort and functionality. The kitchen features a two-burner cook top, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, sink, full bar for dining, solid-surface countertops and high-grade cabinetry with soft-close doors.

The bedroom is sized to fit a king-size bed with two side tables. The bathroom maximizes space and function and includes top of the line fixtures and glass shower.

Other details include rustic ranch wood siding, wiring for cable and internet, and optional fireplace or air conditioner.

As with all Recreational Park Trailers, Lookout is 400 square feet at 10’6”’ wide x 38’ feet long and come with an additional 100 square foot deck. Wheelhaus cabins are built on wheels and can be delivered from coast-to-coast. The Lookout cabin can also be used as part of a larger modular design.
