Over 30 years ago we started out with 700 sq ft. After baby number three doubled that space. Now the nest is empty and we can cut back again. Hard to believe the new tiny house is going to cost three times more than that original structure.

I think so many people today are wanting and needing to downsize because of the economy. I love this site…keep up the great work.

I was just looking at the Journals site a few minutes ago. It looks pretty good with some nice tips, especially for those starting out in living smaller.
