For these “10 Houses” features, it would be helpful if you could find a clear way to categorize them as to whether they are on their own land, on leased land, or need to be moved.

Do people buy tiny houses instead of motor homes because they look more like a house or because they cost less?

    Most tiny houses are constructed for four seasons where an RV is not. Also most tiny houses though built on wheels are not made to travel as an RV so are just on wheels to move a few times. They are expensive to move because of their weight and design.
