Tiny house for sale in the in the San Antonio area. Currently set up for a B&B or older adult but can be adjusted for anyone.
22 feet X 9-1/2 feet mounted on top of the trailer and can be removed if desired to put on a regular foundation.
Split air, on-demand water heater, all PEX plumbing, and all professionally done inside and out. Available with the furniture in it if desired for a negotiated price and could be turkey as a B&B anywhere.
It will require a daily overload permit but not truck-in-front/truck-behind – just the banner on it.
Built that way to give more interior space. All cedar – solid back and side and cedar and shakes on the front. Jeld-Wyn windows, custom shades, one-person jetted tub, built-in amour for lots of storage, smallish kitchen (built to use as a b&b rental) with a custom pecan plank countertop.
Woodgrain gray vinyl double locked flooring that is essentially waterproof (because of the tub) and white enameled walls. Currently has a Laveo toilet in it but could change to whatever the buyer wants (we use Laveos in the B&B here). Normally would have a king loft and a queen loft but I left out the queen in to give the downstairs more height and showcase the curved ceiling.
25-year architectural shingles. Loft currently has two single futons but could easily be used for storage or hold a king size bed.
I was asking $64K but will take $54,900 and it is ready right now to move.

I love the Tiny homes, but I’m looking for something about 900 sq. ft It doesn;’t sound Tiny. I just wish Our town would change the zoning codes
I am single. I don’t know if “built-in amour” would be a good thing or not. 🙂
