I love your creativity and use of shelving as ladders. I am building a 12×16′ cottage on my property in Healdsburg. Should you find yourself in he area, i would feel grateful and honored for u to come stay here and give me some advice! I will be working on it this summer. Currently i just finished he foundation and put in floor joists. I am working on the plumbing now. Will be framing and roofing shortly. Will spend the summer finishing the interior.
