Tiny House Grooming Busines

Not only are tiny areas affordable living arrangements, but Sam Engelking, 23, of Nacogdoches,Texas was able to turn his “Tiny House” into a pet grooming business. This 8 x 12 work space includes all the essentials for every day grooming sessions.Upstairs he was able to mount force fed air drying system, high velocity hand held drier, shop-vac vacuum, and circulating fans with filters to keep the animal dander down and air quality high.

Everything has been wired to turn on from the grooming area. This keeps down stairs as clean and organized as possible. With plenty of room to get animals in and out of the bathing area and onto the grooming table. Cleaning and sanitizing is very important and with this amount of space it’s never an all day event to clean the shop!

  1. What a great setup! I especially love the floors — they look terrific and are obviously durable, considering the business you’re in — what kind are they?

  2. My dogs go to Paws Here Grooming and as great as the photos are, they still dont do the building justice. Its nestled in the East Tx shades, amazing landscaping, with a sitting area out front. It is the best “Tiny House” business Ive seen. Great site and great job Sam!
