Timber Frames for the small scale makes a lot of sense. You can get away with two or three bents and it is within the reach of a single person doing the construction. Very clever ideas here. It wouldn't take much work to turn my Timber Frame Gazebo into a small house.

History does repeat itself and the wheels of time are turning on this site at an ironic pace as in that our ancestors the Pioneers built small reliable functional dwellings that served their most basic needs as in these much updated models of attentive quality .
My question is that in the Canadian market and as a Northerner could i have this delivered to my site after i sent in my specs and details ?
Also would the travel not be worth the effort or is their a standard fee that encourages distance customers and will your co go all the way with the build so i can receive a completed cabin ?
Regardless your site and craftsmanship peaked my curiosity so i give my applaud on your hopeful great success !

Respectfully N.F.Hoffmann Jr Sudbury ON CAN

PS We need this kind of specialization work in Sudbury where affordable housing is so essential that their is absolutely no vacancy anywhere in the city and greed permeates where rent becomes a crime by the desperateness that only encourages landlords to tax the already inflated rents that demoralize the tenants ....

These kits are fantastic, they're economical, well built, and use the small space efficiently. Does anyone know if they're available for shipping to Canada?
