I am building up the courage to build my own (I just bought my first house last November, so I am busy with that). The picture of the kitchen from the loft made me a bit dizzy. What do you think of putting a sky light in the loft? I was at the seminar in Toronto, Canada in March 2012 and someone brought up the issue of safety (i.e. what if the door is blocked by fire). Plus the loft is a bit claustrophobic for me. But your pictures are beautiful. Loved the pictures. The top down photo of the Epu kitchen is the best characterization of that area I have seen. Tammy and I have also toured Jay's Tiny abode and your photos really put things in realistic perspective.
