		<description>Hello there I really like what you have put together! I am really not sure what you are doing with your building that you are going to put on wheels but I would suggest that you put a loft in there for maximum space.if you cantilever the joists you get a bigger loft and a covered porch at the same time.I have been designing mine for two yrs now and have just been given a very generous offer from the cedar mill that i purchase all my lumber from . they are going to donate the lumber for a demo building for me! I hope you have a good time with yours.</description>
