i would advocate caution when dealing with summerwood. they are refusing to refund our deposit or build a structure claiming that their acquisition by Dacor structures means they are no longer bound by our agreement. would you want to do business in this way?

Sorry Christina, Guess I was confused as to what you were saying.
The 16 x 30 is the one I would like to have. It is alrge enough for life and has 2 lofts. And it sure does look nice.

Thanks Darrell. I was mostly looking at the cabins that were considered to be “tiny” rather than small. But they do have a nice range of sizes to choose from.

Christopher, you are right about the “free” part. Nothing is ever free, is it?

However, I think their so-called “free plans” offer is misleading. You have to buy the plans first, then send them pictures of the completed cabin within six months to get a refund. At a minimum, you lose the money would’ve earned in interest, not to mention the hassle of applying for a refund. You could call an offer a “rebate”, but not “free”

Excuse me, I miss spoke. the first one was 18 x 24, and 18 x 30.
540 square feet with 2 lofts. One over the huge front porch.

I went to their site, and they do have a 16 x 30 and a 16 x 36 also.
