Southern New York Cabin

Sam Smily of Southern New York has built this cool little cabin that I fell in love with the minute I saw it. If I wasn’t on the west coast I would see if I could take it off his hands. Milled with Quartersawn oak, it gives it a nice rustic feel.

The interior kitchen is well thought out, with lots of good cabinets for storage. With the steep metal roof tow ward off snow, it makes room for a nice sleeping loft, which is reached by a ladder. Heated with a wood stove.

Sam is needing to relocate and may have this cabin up for sale in the near future. I am in the process of getting a few more details from him as to exact size and other specifications. I will fill in this information as soon as I receive it.

looks great! The outside doesn’t look like much but the interior is beautiful. I like the nice wood tones and the open space.

Odd, I think the exterior looks great, and that the interior could use a big helping hand…. you can do SO much more with it than the cheap cabinets and furniture.

I personally am a big fan of rustic exteriors. So really it is a matter of taste. Sam will be getting more info shortly. So stay tuned.

This one is going to be the top of my wanted list for my future Tiny Home. I like the simple layout of the kitchen, you can always design it with your own liking.
