These homes look totally workable…and creative! It’s exciting to think of how one would incorporate functional materials that are otherwise cast aside into an appealing and welcoming abode.

These spaces are really cool! I’ve been a bit reluctant to embrace many of the reclaimed materials/sustainable living concepts I’ve seen since they seem so incompatible with a practical lifestyle. I mean, come on, composting toilets made of boards and old buckets?! (Yea, like you’d date someone who lives with one of those!) But these homes look totally workable…and creative! It’s exciting to think of how one would incorporate functional materials that are otherwise cast aside into an appealing and welcoming abode.
