Kathy from New Jersey spotted this cute little home that is for sale for a very decent price. I wish I had some interior photos to show you, but I was unable to get any from the listing. They of course are promoting the value to be in the land, but I don’t see why you could not fix this up and live in it.
This is considered a fixer upper with an asking price of $29,900. With the current economy I imagine they would negotiate even a better deal, certainly worth looking into if you are in the area. Here are the specs:

I wonder if it is still up for sale?
It would be paying a lot for the house when one is living in a small house. I wonder if one could sell a big part of the land to keep the property taxes low or just buy just enough land for the little house. All mute if the house is sold but it would still be neat to learn about it.
