While I don’t consider the Tiny House Blog a real estate site it is fun to show you what is available out in the real estate market.

Kathy from New Jersey spotted this cute little home that is for sale for a very decent price. I wish I had some interior photos to show you, but I was unable to get any from the listing. They of course are promoting the value to be in the land, but I don’t see why you could not fix this up and live in it.

  1. Brand says:

If you use the Advanced Search feature on cohomefinder.com (Colorado), you can find lots of neat houses in the <600 sqft range. There are even a few candidates for Tiny House in a Landscape.

Hi Brand, Thanks for the info, I’ll go check these out real soon…Kent

  3. I wonder if it is still up for sale?

It would be paying a lot for the house when one is living in a small house. I wonder if one could sell a big part of the land to keep the property taxes low or just buy just enough land for the little house. All mute if the house is sold but it would still be neat to learn about it.
