		<description>When I started reading about the Luzby for sale, I thought $38,000 was too much to ask, especially for an unfinished house.  Then I read more and was impressed by the high quality of the materials used.  The workmanship looks first rate as well.

Unfortunately, I am an Iowa resident planning to retire in Oregon in five years.  The logistics just won&#039;t work for me. 

I think whoever buys this Luxby will be very pleased with it.  I think even I could do the finishing work that remains.
