Hi Liz - this caregiver cottage has a standard toilet and an instant hot water heater. There are propane tanks for the hot water heater and I believe just a standard outlet to plug this one in. I'm sure it would not be that hard to ad a window. You need to contact Stephen Marshall at (415) 233-0423 or him at info@LittleHouseontheTrailer.com

Hope that helps.

WOW! Looks great and the it really looks spacious inside. I guess all the white walls are helping make it look bigger. Love the board & batton look on the outside. Great job Stephen!

What's the loft look like? I assume without windows in both ends it might get a little stuff up there.

It's a cool little home with lots of potential. Steven is looking at making a 20 foot version also which would give more living area.

I'm out of town right now and have limited internet access, I will get the information from Steven and post it as soon as I have it. That is a good question.

its a lot roomier inside that I expected.
I wonder how much the Sing houses weigh.
I'm guessing less than the Tumbleweeds since its on a single axle trailer.

I love this idea. I would live in something like this. In a heartbeat. The smaller my footprint, the better.
