The W5R Tiny Homes company near Fort Worth, Texas not only builds beautiful little park model tiny homes, but they have over 10 models with a variety of floor plans. The homes range between $29,000 to $49,999 with financing starting at $179 per month. Each of the homes have a downstairs bedroom and bathroom and most of them have lofts and optional decks complete with outdoor fireplaces. For more comfort the homes have two AC/heat split units as well as ceiling fans.

They have over 10 floor plans with one bedroom and one bathroom.

The W5R Tiny Homes are made with 2×6 and 2×4 sidewall construction and engineered roof trusses. They have integrated hurricane straps for stability on the road and on the ground. They also have a detachable hitch. They are not meant to be towed around to different locations, but W5R will deliver anywhere in the U.S. The interior features fully installed kitchens with fridge, vaulted ceilings, tongue and groove flooring, 20 gallon water heaters, lighting and electric fireplaces. Stackable washer and dryer systems are also available.

Details include both outdoor and enclosed porches, washer/dryer units and roomy lofts.
