1951 Spartan Imperial Mansion

I’m a big Spartan Trailer fan and recently spotted this on Ebay via my Vintage Trailer For Sale fan page. There are so many options for tiny houses and old restored trailers are one of them.

Here are the photos. If interested you can visit the Ebay page and make an offer. They are asking $32,000 which is well under many tiny house prices. Still needs a little work but could be lived in fairly quickly. Ebay Listing Here

Hello Kent – I saw a design from you on tallmanstinyhouse.com. Are you constructing these and do you have any for sale? I am located in Montrose CO and have a son that is 6’4″. Please let me know. Thanks. Cathy aardvkwilson@msn.com

Hello Kent,
my name is Paul from Spokane Washington, I recently purchased a 1951 Imperial mansion from the original owners, according to the title ,it is a series / body style 36/8 ?? I have not seen a similar floor plan anywhere on the web, and was wondering if you had any other floor plan information available, the unit needs very little but I want to bring it current without changing anything from original, can you offer any help?

Hi Paul, unfortunately I’m just a fan and not an expert, I would google the year etc. and see what information is out there on the internet. There may also be some forums where they can give you the answers. Sorry I can’t be more help!
