I love these homes! I've been tempted to build but can't get info on locating it in NJ or MD. My fear is there must be legal objections be/ the concept makes so much sense. Any restrictions, objections, warnings, etc. would be appreciated ASAP. My plan is to build and use it sparingly in the bay for fishing and cruising. Comments???

I want one! I'd take it down the Intracoastal Waterway to Florida in the winter and return north to the Chesapeake Bay for the summer. What a great spacious boat.

I think there is a lot of interest, but not a lot of places that allow them. We are lucky up here in the Pacific Northwest and British Columbia. But times are changing even here. We get more and more restrictions unfortunately. But for now it is like heaven. - Margy

Hey, what can I say? Maybe I should start another blog just on Tiny Floating homes. I wonder if there is enough interest out there?

I /am/ amused that you tend to write more about tiny floating homes than I do. At the rate you're going I really need to start sending you fliers of homes for sale in my marina. :)
