Carly alerted me to this craigslist ad for a cottage that you can get for free, if you will remove it from its current location. The cape cod cottage is located in Truro in the Cape Cod area.
Cape Cod Cottage Aprox 20′ X 20′ a two bedroom that must be moved. Has been lived in this summer but now needs to be removed as the property has been sold. Will make a nice small garage or work shop or large dog house. Visit the craigslist ad here, and/or email sale-xxuqy-1949027066@craigslist.org.
I think it also would make a nice tiny house for those of us who think along those lines.
In other words….the new land owners think this is an ugly eyesore and they want it gone so they can build their 5000 sq ft mc mansion on this lot.
lol, hopefully not. But I think this kind of ad could work great to accomodate some of us who are willing to live within our needs/means/budgets. I’m hoping I can be so lucky as to take away something like this for my lady friend and I to start with.
