Not quite my country living style, but I can see how it would work for most people. I would love to implement some of his ideas in my own spaces. Like you though, whenever I see these neat ideas, whether it be small apartments, houses, whatever, it always occurs to me that you’d be out of luck if you wanted to have any company over – it just doesn’t seem possible. It seems like, for most people, there would never be enough room for all of the stuff we accumulate (maybe don’t really need, but use often enough on occasion to make it worth keeping around) without having some sort of storage area apart from the living space. It is a REALLY neat idea. I'd love to have a similar place right in the middle of things. The sliding kitchen idea is really neat... do you always need the aisle when you're not cooking?
