I had to smile when I saw this. When I was in college in the early 70s, I lived in a little garage apartment, and I had a cabinet kitchen. It was a "Parson's Pureaire Kitchen," and while it had seen better days, it gave me a lot of interesting stories to tell! I even found a photo of one online http://www.instappraisal.com/content/parson-pureaire-kitchen-unit. Glad to see that at least one company (Dwyer) is still making them.

Wow, how cool are those! I dont know anything about this stuff, maybe someone that is an HVAC tech could answer, would it be possible to mod the unit and replace the electric stove/fridge, with propane versions? But there again if someone had a Tiny home that was hooked to the grid you wouldnt even need to worry about that, I think this is way cool, good find!

Hi Randy, Dwyer still makes these new but they are all electric. You can view there current offerings at this link http://www.dwyerkitchens.com/products/Pages/compact_kitchens.aspx

If anyone knows of a compact kitchen that is gas please comment about it here. Thank you!
