No central open common space – full to the fence line -side by side lots which do not encourage neighborliness – minimal space for group gardens – why is it designed to be on grid?
Hmmm….it’s mapped out like a typical trailer park, has the density of a trailer park….Uhhh…I think it’s probably just a trailer park with a cute tiny house name.
