Second Annual Tiny House Raffle

Council on Aging in Sonoma County, CA is giving away a beautiful tiny house in its second annual Tiny House Raffle. The raffle will raise money for the agency’s Meals on Wheels program, which provides 285,000 meals per year to home-bound seniors.

As a prize for this raffle, COA is offering a tiny house being handcrafted by a micro-manufacturer called SunWest Tiny Homes of Glenn, Calif. The 190 square-foot tiny house—SunWest’s Berryessa model—will contain a sleeping loft large enough for king-size bed, a stairway up to the loft that provides extra storage, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, and sliding glass door.

For more information on how to purchase tickets, please go to www.councilonaging.com/tiny-house or call 707-525-0143, extension 146.

  1. This looks like a great way to support a great cause. I wanted a little more info on the house, so I visited their site, which says it is a “Berryessa Model – Built by SunWest,” however, at SunWest’s site, I couldn’t find any info on a Berryessa Model. It would be good to have more info on the house/prize.
